Here is the first of our 2019 Sip Pose Give Yoga Series Events!

Together with Barr’s Public House we are so excited to be rolling out the recipients of our 6 series charitable giving yoga events! The first is Toledo Animal Rescue and the event is now open for registration! Come to Barr’s Public House on 2/2/19 from 2 - 4pm for an amazing 1 hour yoga session incorporating balance poses with your favorite beverage and learn about how the Toledo Animal Rescue, Toledo’s oldest no kill shelter is making an impact on animals in need in the 419! After the yoga session, enjoy social time with fellow yogis and delicious food specials by BPH, win, win!

Barr’s After Barre is January 31st at 6:30pm! Registration is open!

It’s our favorite event on the last Thursday of every month, Barr’s After Barre! The party starts at Driven Fitness Studio with a high energy, music pumping 1 hour barre class followed by an evening at Barr’s Public House! Grab your fun friends and sign up for a unique experience and get a great workout at the same time! Class fee is only $10 and enjoy drink and appetizer specials at BPH - be sure to try a “Driven-tini”, they are delicious!

TRX Suspension Training

Yoga

Many people think that yoga is just stretching. But while stretching is certainly involved, yoga is really about creating balance in the body and the mind through developing strength, flexibility and mental clarity.
