Our mission is to provide customized training that is individualized for your specific fitness goals in an intimate setting. Our studio is small enough to allow complete focus and dedication to each client, yet fully equipped with a variety of both large and small STOTT PILATES® equipment to enhance and tailor the right workout just for you. Our studio offers private, semi-private (duets) and small class options so you are guaranteed to receive complete instruction as well as modifications to enhance your training.

Jodi Walters


Founder - Pilates Full Certification, TRX, Total Barre, Group Fitness Instructor




Fitness has always been an integral part of Jodi’s life. An avid runner, she ran the Chicago Marathon twice and has competed in several others half marathons, 10K and 5K races. The mother of three busy daughters, she has spent the last several years coaching cheerleading, as volunteer Chairperson for the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Toledo’s Annual Golf Outing, volunteer Chair on the board of Equipped Kids and continues to serve as worship leader and small group leader for youth at Fallen Timbers Community Church, as well as a volunteer for the Girl Scouts of Western Ohio.

In searching for ways to improve running and lessen the risk of injury, Jodi became interested in pilates. Realizing how the Joseph Pilates method of exercise benefits the mind and body, she began her journey to become an instructor. With several methods of pilates to choose from, the clear choice was a career in Stott® Pilates, a world class leader in the pilates industry . Jodi completed her training and obtained full certification in the areas of Mat, Reformer,  Cadillac, Chair and Barrels at the United States first Stott® Pilates training center, Equilibrium Pilates Studio in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, and their satellite training studio, The Movement Center and Gyrotonics in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Jodi has also completed TRX® Group Suspension Training and enjoys training clients with the suspension trainer.   The intensity of suspension based training, as well as the ability to incorporate the principals of pilates into a TRX® workout, is a great addition to anyone’s exercise repertoire. Looking to bring pilates on a personalized level to the area, she opened Driven Fitness Studio in February, 2013, where small, intimate classes focus on the client’s individual goals in a bright and motivating setting. Whether it’s athletic conditioning, general toning, injury prevention or injury rehabilitation, Jodi loves sharing how pilates can benefit all ages and all abilities.



Yoga Instructor

Hi everyone! My name is Megan Dietsch. I graduated in 2006 with my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Unversity of Toledo. I have been married for 8 years, and have 2 beautiful girls, ages 4 and 2. I have been practicing yoga for the past 12 years. I am currently working towards my 200 hour-RYT through YogaFit. I love everything that yoga has to offer and I especially love how I can tailor my classes to fit the needs of my clients!

Barre/TRX/Group Fitness/Personal Training

Angie has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for 24 years. She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and is also certified in International Youth Certification Association, TRX Suspension Training, Pure Barre and Kangoo Jumps. She trains clients one on one, duos, trios and groups of up to 5. She can train seniors, athletes, kids, newbies getting started or people looking for a new challenging, fun workout! She teaches Bootcamp, Barre, TRX, Core classes,  Weight/Cardio combo (VOLT30), Stretching and Stability Ball. Her newest is Fitcamp, a bootcamp developed for individuals with developmental delays.  Her next goal is to become a Certified Stott's Pilates Instructor!

In the late 90s and early 2000s she competed in Sportaerobics and got a  gold and bronze medal at regionals. In 2001 she placed 5th at Nationals and happily retired. Her favorite quote is STAY MOTIVATED!! you might see her dancing in the studio.....she loves it!



Yoga Instructor/TRX/Group Fitness

My passion is God, my family, my friends, all animals, BEES, and YOGA!  Life is an amazing journey, enjoy the ride!I've been teaching yoga for 11+ years and it has been life changing in more ways than one.  It builds one's strength, flexibility, balance and concentration while focusing on relaxation and yourself!  It's so important to take care you YOU!  Yoga is a beneficial addition to any activity!  I was trained through YogaFit to teach several variations of yoga.  I'm also certified to teach PIYO, Beamfit and TRX. I am also the Founder/Owner of Bee Free Yoga in Whitehouse!

Heather Cole has been an exercise enthusiast most of her life.  She firmly believes that daily exercise is important – but even more so as we age.  Variety in physical fitness makes exercise fun.  She’s an avid cyclist, enjoys yoga, interval and weight training, hiking and most of all, loves Pilates.  She taught group exercise with her mom years ago and decided to share her love of Pilates with others by training to become a Stott Certified Pilates Instructor.  She has recently completed her reformer training and is working towards certification in early 2018.  


Heather has been married to her husband, David for 33 years and is the proud mother of three children, Katy, Robbie and Michael.  She received a B.S. in Marketing from Miami University and works as a manufacturer’s rep.  She is also passionate about cooking (a true foodie at heart!) and enjoys volunteering with her church.

Heidi has been active and exercising her whole life. Growing up on a farm in Indiana she learned how to become and stay active... she's since taken that into teaching group exercise!  Heidi's certified in Spinning, TRX, YogaFit Level 1 & 2, BeamFit and AFAA Group Exercise.  She's been teaching for 10+ years.  She's been happily married for 17+ years and has two teenage children!  If not exercising Heidi can be found driving her kids from here to there or riding her horse "Lola"! Heidi's life motto is "Never let anyone steal your Joy"!

Hi my name is Mary Arend, I have been involved in the Fitness Industry for over 35 years and enjoyed Athletic and Sports my whole life.  

I have a wide variety of training experience and certification which include spinning, Barre, Personal Training, TRX level 1 & 2, Tabatta, Bosu, Boot Camp, Aqua Aerobics and my favorite Pilates, mat and reformer.  I enjoy working with clients and developing programs to help them maintain a healthy lifestyle.

When I am not working I enjoy cycling, swimming, running and hiking.

I am passionate about fitness and the benefits of training and being committed to a heathy lifestyle.  I look forward to sharing my experiences and knowledge with the members of Driven Fitness.
